Get to Know Zoe

A proud San Francisco native, Zoe Frankel is a committed real estate agent with expert knowledge of the Bay Area market and its distinct character. Her deep love for the city fuels her passion for helping clients navigate the complexities of buying and selling in this one-of-a-kind city.  

Having spent her entire life exploring San Francisco’s diverse neighborhoods, Zoe has developed an unmatched connection to the city. She moved away only once, to attend college at the University of Puget Sound. When she returned home after graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology and Biochemistry, she couldn’t help but wonder why she ever left. 

Those who know Zoe will tell you she wears many hats, from overseeing all of Cotter Real Estate Group’s listings to coordinating vendor appointments, handling project logistics, and touring all over the city with buyers. Her superpower is that through it all, she remains deeply detail-oriented while moving faster than anyone else!

 

Overcoming Every Obstacle 

Real estate can be messy at times, but Zoe has a way of ironing out all the wrinkles while providing exceptional customer service to her clients. She is a master communicator, a fantastic negotiator, and always keeps her eye on the prize, whether that means bringing top dollar for her sellers or making sure her buyers get the best possible deal. These are just some of the reasons why she was named a Vanguard Properties Rising Star in 2023. 

Zoe’s successful track record is reflected in the scores of happy testimonials from past clients, many of which outline her sharp research and strategic thinking skills and keen ability to multitask and perform under pressure – even in the most complex situations. She is immensely thorough and energetic, and pours herself entirely into every task, role, or situation that lies in front of her. Her well-known competitive spirit certainly fuels many of these strengths. Just how competitive is Zoe? She’s run two half marathons with no training, simply because a friend dared her to!

When Zoe isn’t working, you can find the self-proclaimed “music junkie” playing tour guide to friends visiting from out of town, rocking out at a concert, or rooting for the home team at a Warriors or Giants game. During the day, she enjoys taking advantage of San Francisco's urban hikes and walks, from Lands End to the Embarcadero. At night, you might find her trying out a new restaurant or visiting one of her many favorites.  

When she gets time to relax, Zoe loves visiting Big Sur or taking a scenic drive along the banks of the Russian River. She’s also an animal lover who spent many years as an emergency veterinary nurse, so it should come as no surprise that her trusty canine companion Toast often tags along on her adventures!
